This pretty Salvatore Ferragamo vintage blue silk dress was made in Italy in the early 1980's. The dress is in two pieces with a wrap skirt and long sleeved blouse with a mandarin collar and mother of pearl buttons.

We love the novelty print with white arrowheads or spades! This dress is labeled Salvatore Ferragamo Firenze small. I would estimate it to be a modern day US size 6. Since the skirt is a wrap skirt, there is a little bit of accommodation in size in the waist. This outfit is in excellent condition.
